Privacy notice
Version of August 24, 2026. This notice also explains how we got your email address, because that is the first thing people ask.
Who is responsible

We are established in Québec, Canada, so we operate under Québec’s private-sector privacy act (Law 25) and Canada’s PIPEDA by default, and we extend the same handling to everyone, including US customers who are not covered by them.
We collect no health information about anyone, not about dentists, and not about patients.
How we got your email address
If you are a dentist who received a message from us, your professional email address came from the contact details published on your own practice website, and nowhere else. It was not bought, rented, or pulled from a resold directory.
Every message we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act: an accurate "from" line, a subject line that describes what the message actually is, our real postal address, and a working opt-out link. Opt-outs are honoured within ten business days at the outside, and in practice immediately.
When you opt out, your address is kept permanently on a suppression list. That is the only way to guarantee we never write to you again, and it is the one thing we keep forever.
What we read on your website, and what we did with it
Before writing to you, we read the public pages of your website, the way any visitor or search engine does. Your robots.txt was read before the first page and honoured. Six pages maximum, one at a time, 1.2 seconds apart. No image or media file was downloaded.
We kept the text, your service names, your hours, any fees you display, and your public professional contact details, for the sole purpose of building the mockup we showed you. Most of that is business information; the parts that are personal, your name, your professional address, your license number where you publish it, are handled on the same basis.
The mockup carries a noindex tag, is shown to nobody but you, is deleted on request without you having to give a reason, and is deleted automatically after twelve months if you do not buy.

Who else sees it
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have never done so and have no mechanism to. No data broker, no ad network, no social platform receives anything from us.

Your choices
Write to cryptozebi@outlook.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, or stop hearing from us. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for it.
We are almost certainly not a "business" as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines one, we are far below every threshold. We honour access, deletion, correction, and opt-out requests from California residents anyway, rather than arguing about whether we have to, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Residents of other states with comparable laws, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others, get the same treatment through the same address.
Security and international transfers
This site is served over HTTPS only. It has no database and stores no personal data on the server that serves it: what you type at checkout goes straight to Stripe and to our email provider.
Because we are established in Québec, Canada, data you send us is processed in Canada. Our hosting and payment providers operate in the United States; those disclosures are governed by contractual safeguards, as Québec law requires.
Children
This is a business service. It is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child.
