Language
This site is available in French and English. The French version is complete and available on terms at least as favourable as the English one, as the Charter of the French Language requires. French is the version served by default.
The sites we deliver to clients follow the same rule: both language versions ship together, complete, at no extra cost.
What we are, and what we are not
9478-7637 Québec inc. designs, rebuilds, and launches websites for dental clinics. That is not the practice of dentistry and it is not regulated by any professional college.
We are not affiliated with the Canadian Dental Association, the Ordre des dentistes du Québec, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, any other provincial college, any insurer, or any practice management vendor. Nobody sent us. When we point out that something on a clinic website may create exposure under a college’s advertising rules or under Bill 96, that is a sales observation, never a legal opinion and never a finding of a breach. We have authority over nobody.
Intellectual property
The structure, design system, copy, three-dimensional sequence, and the code that produces it belong to 9478-7637 Québec inc..
The text, logo, and contact details of a clinic appearing in a mockup addressed to that clinic remain its property. They are taken from its public website for the sole purpose of presenting a named commercial proposal, are excluded from search engines by a noindex tag, are shown to nobody else, and are deleted on request without the clinic having to give a reason.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, no remote fonts, no CDN, and no analytics. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner.
Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own servers. Anything set during that step is governed by Stripe’s policy, which you reach at the moment you pay.
Reporting content
Any request about content on this site, including removing a named mockup, or a copyright complaint, goes to cryptozebi@outlook.com and is handled within two business days.
Accessibility
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, heading structure, text alternatives for images, and respect for the reduced-motion preference. Animations are turned off when the visitor’s system asks for it.
