Personal information
Version of August 24, 2026. Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec’s private-sector privacy act as amended by Law 25, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who is responsible
9478-7637 Québec inc., 4061, boulevard Saint-Laurent, Montréal (Québec) H2W 1Y7, Canada.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information: cryptozebi@outlook.com. Designating and publishing this contact is required by Quebec law since September 2022; every access, correction, consent-withdrawal, and portability request goes through that address.
We collect no health information about anyone, not about dentists, and not about their patients.
How we got your email address
If you are a dentist who received a message from us, your professional address came from the contact details published on your own clinic’s website, and nowhere else. It was not bought, rented, or pulled from a resold directory.
CASL recognizes implied consent where an address is conspicuously published, without a statement that the person does not want unsolicited commercial messages, and where the message relates to that person’s role. That is the basis we write on, and it is also why we never write to an address found anywhere other than the clinic’s own website.
Every message identifies us by name, gives our mailing address, and carries a working unsubscribe mechanism. An unsubscribe is actioned immediately and in any event within the ten business days the law allows. Your address then goes permanently onto a suppression list, that is the only way to guarantee we never write again, and it is the one thing we keep indefinitely.
What we read on your website, and what we did with it
Before writing to you, we read the public pages of your website, the way any visitor or search engine does. Your robots.txt was read before the first page and honoured. Six pages maximum, one at a time, 1.2 seconds apart. No image or media file was downloaded.
We kept the text, your service names, your hours, any fees you display, and your public professional contact details, for the sole purpose of building the mockup we showed you. Most of that is business information; the parts that are personal, your name, your professional address, your licence number where you publish it, are handled on the same basis.
The mockup carries a noindex tag, is shown to nobody but you, is deleted on request without you having to give a reason, and is deleted automatically after twelve months if you do not buy.
What we collect when you buy

Your rights
You may ask for access to what we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, the withdrawal of your consent, and, since September 2024, a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to cryptozebi@outlook.com: we answer within thirty days and charge nothing.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you are established there, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada elsewhere.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the competent authority promptly, and record the incident in the register the law requires us to keep.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS only. It has no database and stores no personal information on the server that serves it: what you type at checkout goes straight to Stripe and to our email provider.
We make no decision about you based solely on automated processing.
